The work package will collect available data for actual and planned operation together with the actual condition of the infrastructure and operation. The relation between deviation from the planned operation and actual condition of the infrastructure and operation will also be studied, possibly using the data mining techniques from Flier et al (2009). The work package will also secure a common domain understanding within the project.
